Sorabji is a portrait artist based in Oxford. Her commissions have included Oxford University professors, poets, novelists, musicians and individuals and families celebrating loved ones. She enjoys painting people of all ages.

Sorabji's expressive mark-making and bold colour palette create sensitive, dynamic portraits. Her distinctive, painterly style is underpinned by excellence in draughtsmanship.

 

She trained over many years in London art schools as both a designer and artist and found her niche in portraiture, exploring her fascination with expressing an essence of the people she meets in drawing.
